In today’s world, people simply cannot afford to be Computer-phobic.  That is why, after ten years working in corporate settings as an analyst, trainer and computer training expert, I decided to embrace my Inner Nerd by helping people overcome their fear of computers and technology.  I am certified as a Microsoft Office Master which means that Microsoft has certified that I know all about their products and how to use them.
